Who this policy covers

Eureka Concrete is a concrete contractor in Eureka, CA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, call us or ask for an estimate, what we do with it and how long we keep it.

It applies to this website, starting at our home page, and to the information you give us while we plan and do your job. If you want to know more about our crew first, see our About page.

Information you give us

Most of what we hold comes straight from you, usually when you fill out our estimate form, call (707) 572-3701 or email us. That usually means your name, phone number, email, the address of the property and a description of the work, such as a driveway, patio or slab you want replaced.

You might also send photos of cracks, sinking or pooling water so we can see the problem before we come out. Those photos can show your house and yard, so only send what you're comfortable sharing.

Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type is sent through that service before it reaches us. That provider handles the data under its own privacy terms.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours can collect basic technical details when you visit. That can include your browser type, the kind of device you're on, the pages you looked at, how you found the site and a general location based on your internet connection.

We may use analytics tools to see which pages people read and where they get stuck, so we can make the site easier to use. These tools report patterns across visitors, and we don't use them to identify you by name.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site can remember things between visits. Our site and the tools it uses may set cookies to keep the site working, to count visits and to understand how pages are used.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site should still work if you do, though some features, like the form, may not behave as smoothly.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to answer your questions, set up a visit, prepare your estimate, schedule and do the work, and bill for it. We may also contact you afterward about the job, for example to check how your new slab is holding up.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only when we need to get your job done or run the business, such as with a supplier, a subcontractor working on your project, our accountant or a city or county office when a permit calls for it. We'll also share it if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to give you an estimate, finish the work and stand behind it. After that, we keep job and billing records only as long as tax, contract or other legal rules require, then delete them.

If you asked for an estimate and didn't hire us, you can ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will unless we have to keep them by law.

Keeping your information safe

We limit who on our team can see customer details and use reasonable care with the tools we store them in. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send bank or card numbers through the form or by email.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you about anything other than an open job.

If you live in California, state privacy law may give you more rights over your personal information depending on the business, and we'll answer any request under those rules where they apply. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

Our site is meant for adults planning work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the time it's posted.

Questions or privacy concerns

If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (707) 572-3701 or reach us through our Contact page. Tell us what you'd like us to do, and we'll confirm it's you before we change or share anything.

We reply within 1 business day.
